Addon Airport

I'm using an addon Haneda International Airport that can be found here: http://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/fslib.php?searchid=49968552

For some reason, GSX won't register the parking spaces that have been added on with this airport, even though the jetways will function and ai aircraft can park in them. I have the AFCAD files in their own scenery folder. I downloaded the latest SA manager and tried restarting and rebuilding the cache. I enabled logging and looked through the text doc, but could not find anything about any of the airport's files being passed over.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Your link doesn't work, it says "No Files matched your search criteria".

In any case, if that airports only "enhance" the default airport adding some parkings, it won't work with GSX, which requires an AFCAD to be self-contained, so parkings and the whole taxiways network must all be present in a single file. It doesn't support multiple AFCADs used together.
