Having an issue at EPWA, at heavy gates 9 and 10 J/S. With CS777. Restart of Couatl is required. Does not happen at gates 13 or 14, also heavy gates.

I tried it now, with the PMDG-777, and cannot replicate the problem. Which pushback direction you chose ?

I use the one first suggested, at the top of list. Will have to try again to see which direction.

What sequence did you use, try deboarding first then do push back. Also on my last pushback it pushed me straight back when it was supposed be a turn. Tried then to do restart and GSX shutdown without an error, just no more drop down menu or ctr-F12.

Tried again at gate 9, did deboarding used GSX for Sode gate which doesn't work but confirmed the jetway. Deboarded, then went to pushback using nose right/tail left. Then after releasing parking brake received error message to do restart.

With latest update (today) now I have no GSX services such as deboarding,etc. Do have a menu with only for runways and one gate, and so as you select get an error to restart. Also happens at UUEE. Have error logs if you want.

Gone back and did a full install, now have menu items. Everything is working as it should. Lesson for me live updates not good because i still have virus scanner working during fsx. Will shut off in the future for live updates. Great job on the jetways. STILL have issue on pushback with turn, will allow me only to do a straight pushback otherwise get a restart message. This was at Gate 9. Gate 10 allowed turn with no issue.
