No people or voices...

Long time user of GSX and won't fly without it.  Suddenly don't have any voice communication from the pushback crew and can't see them or the wing-walker.  Most everything else seems fine.  Using in PMDG 737NGX, FSX.
 
Any suggestions?

If you applied the recent Live Update, as the release notes says, be sure you download and install the latest GSX Full installer, because all vehicles have been updated, and they won't show up if you don't upgrade everything.

Did as you suggested but still nothing.  I have the vehicles but no personnel to connect the tug or wing walkers.  I do, however, have their shadows...  I know it sounds weird but I can see their shadows moving around but that's all.

Should I completely uninstall and reinstall?

This is very important: it shows that GSX is working correctly and everything is there. If you cannot see the objects, it seems like a video setting problem.

You don't say which sim you use.

GSX always worked fine until recently.  I appreciate your help.

A problem with missing *parts* of vehicles ( you see the shadows, so the vehicle it's there), it’s a video driver or an FSX graphic setting problem (a tweak in the FSX.CFG which should’t be applied)

Try all the following:

- Update your video driver

- Reset your video driver settings to default

- Reset the FSX settings to default, by removing the following file:

%APPDATA%\Microsof\FSX\FSX.CFG

This will force FSX to rebuild a new config with all default settings.

Thanks, Umberto!  Deleting my FSX.CFG file and letting it re-generate itself solved the problem.  Must have done something to corrupt it.
