Disable Airports
« on: January 15, 2016, 05:34:44 am »
I'm overclocking my new rig and wanted to do some testing, is there any way to disable the airport quickly without uninstalling them?

Cheers!@

Edit the scenery.cfg is pretty simple.

Just install the "Sceneryconfigeditor" and here you go. Easy disable the unwanted airports.

I check them off in the Scenery Library and they still don't disable.....is that what you mean by editing the scenery.cfg....wouldn't it do the same thing?

In the scenery.cfg for each entry is an Active=TRUE meaning the scenery is enabled. To disable it, ensure that the sim isn't running and then change the True to False for whatever sceneries you want to disable. Save your changes and fire the sim back up.

OK, thanks Dave
