ERJ145 XR
« on: June 03, 2015, 07:20:44 am »
Hello,

I've been busy the whole evening yesterday to get my ERJ145 to work with GSX.
Now allmost everything works only one problem.

The ERJ145 has the stair in his own door, But I am flying the ERJ145XR that has a sliding door with no stairs.

So I want GSX to add the stairs to the Pax doors since it is a hard climb from the ground into the aircraft without a stair.

Is this possible?

Kindly regards,

Rick Winkelman

If you are referring to the Wilco/Feelthere ERJ145XR, it's an internally supported airplane, so there wasn't any need to configure it for GSX. It it's another model, then yes, you need to configure it before using GSX.

Yes, it's enough to place the main exit ( Exit 1 ) set to 0 height, so GSX will know there IS a working passenger door, but it won't add any kind of stairs. That's the same technique used in the GSX default configuration for the Wilco/Feelthere model.
