Wrong drawn ground bitmaps
« on: August 30, 2014, 10:03:37 am »
Any clues as to what is wrong here ?
I am at terminal 7 looking north.

Ground image bitmaps were positioned perpendicular to Earth when they loaded while on final approach 31R.

FSX Accel. on Windows7 64.
Textures set to max 2048 resolution in FSX.cfg to avoid memory load.
VAS memory on final approach was 3.4 Gb.

Only change I did recently was to install EZDok camera and for this flight actually I had in globally disabled so I doubt this was the cause.

I reloaded later FSX at JFK with default Cessna and all showed well.

That's surely a video settings problem and/or a combination between your video settings and your FSX.CFG, like a tweak that shouldn't be applied.

This post show a very similar problem at KDFW, and user fixed it by resetting its FSX.CFG to default:
