GSX not working? Couatl crashes?

Hi, whenever I use GSX it crashes thus making my Flightbeam/FSdreamteam sceneries to disappear and reappear. It crashes with a popup with a red x saying addon unknown is causing Couatl to crash.

I found the error file in the Roaming folder Virtuali  containing this message:

Please help me, I just want to enjoy GSX without the crashes!

Oh and also I've reinstalled and updated the Addon Manager and GSX file, still no luck

Your error log shows that you never had any errors after August 2013. Could you check the error log after the latest update ?

Of course, the file is in chronological order, you should post just the latest lines. Do you have more recent errors, like today ?

Maybe there's a problem with your airplane configuration, you don't say which airplane you used, and if you are using a custom config, use the Reset option of the GSX airplane configuration editor, to restore the configuration that comes with GSX, assuming it's s supported one.

I use a variety of payware products from Level D, PMDG, and QW. I've done that actually still no luck.

If it happens with several airplanes, then you should try to reset the default config on all of them. You say it seems to be random, do you recall doing something different, or in a different order when it happens ?

And, does it happen in specific airports ? Perhaps there's a problem in the AFCAD of the scenery. Does it happen on a default airport ?

It happens at all airports default and payware. If I get lucky GSX sometimes cooperates and doesn't crashes lol

Doesn't happen here, and nobody else reported it before. Try to clean all your GSX preferences, by removing the following folder:

%APPDATA%\Virtuali

Then reinstall using the full installer.
