That's the manual activation, which normally doesn't appear, unless the activation server can't be reached for some reason. Be sure you are not running a firewall that is blocking online access to FSX.
Last week, Esellerate had some of their activation servers under maintenance (they have many of them running in parallel) which is donw now but, depending on your ISP and how much it takes to update their DNS, the new server might take a while to show up.
In the meantime, you can try to use
http://store6.esellerate.net/store/support/ManualActivation.aspx rather than
http://activate.esellerate.net, we believe that will allow the activation to succeed.
Or, just wait, and your ISP DNS will eventually catch up with the changes later on.
In any case, the offline activation procedure works like this, if your numbers don't match the boxes, it's because you are doing it wrong:
- A Window will appear with 3 choices, select "Activate Using a Different Computer that has Web access"
- It will show a code called "Installation ID" related to this machine. Save this code.
- Go to
http://store6.esellerate.net/store/support/ManualActivation.aspx and type the Installation ID into the field. It should reply back with another long code. Save this code and go back to FSX.
- Select "I already have an Activation Key and would like to Activate Now". Type the code you obtained from the Esellerate website, and it should activate.
