Southwest is not assigned to KLAX with the full icao code, so United and American will always be preferred. We can add it in the next update.
Keep in mind that it's fairly easy add it yourself, have a look at the Paintkit documentation. In this case, it would be enough to add KLAX code to the couatl.icaoprefixes line of all vehicles with the Southwest variation.
