Did not work.   Here are the exact steps taken
At KLAS Parking 904
1.  Request Fuel....wait for truck to leave
2.  Request Catering...wait for truck to leave
3.  Request boarding...wait for van to leave
4.  Request pushback to the Left

Start taxi...turn right on Taxiway B
Stop at Taxiway B / C4
Request parking Gate D33..get message Safedock activated for gate D33

Continue taxi right on C5 and then to Gate D33
Connect external power
Shutdown engines
Move jetway to aircraft
Call for Service....No services available all says complete...have a nice trip.

It looks like your engine does not reset after the pushback tug disconnects and leaves.

What I am trying to test is ferrying aircraft from remote area of the airport to the gate for a later flight.

Ok, now I understand, that's probably an usage pattern we never anticipate, assuming you would depart after being serviced entirely. You can of course use the "Restart Couatl" menu option in the Couatl menu to fix this, but it's something we need to fix too for sure.
