What on earth?

Hey Dreamteam! Maybe you guys can help me figure out what is going on around here?!
I took the plunge and went from FS9 to FSX but for some reason after installing my sceneries not just FSDT but FlyTampa's and even Flightbeam have this problem too.... The default FSX airport vehicles (ex..pushback truck, luggage cart, fire trucks all of them!) overlap with both the sceneries and even if AES is installed as seen in this picture... I've tried uninstalling and re-installing and even re-installing AES... any suggestions or maybe I didn't re-install correctly?

If you don't want default ground vehicles, you can turn them off, by setting the Airport Ground traffic slider to minimum.
