American Eagle Gates
« on: September 18, 2011, 02:17:44 am »
Will The gate 44 complex for American Eagle on the east side by FedEx have any parking spaces added for American Eagle?  I know they are not really gates there, more or less mobile gates. I dont know if Eagle gates will move when construction is complete, maybe you have some insight?
Thank you.

I second this request for the patch.   The American Eagle remote terminal,  gates 44A through 44F, including the jetways and parking spots were not modeled in the product, either by design or oversight.   You can clearly see the parking spots and terminal using Goggle Earth (image date March 2011).  There are six marked gates, and an area on the west side of the building that passengers are dropped off via shuttle bus.  In the product, the building is modeled as two separate buildings, it should be one building.  Passengers board the bus in the American Airlines terminal at gate "44", and are transported to the remote terminal.   Also, you can see the location in this video, off taxiway C5
.

Thanks for a great product.  Hope you guys will consider adding the terminal.

I used them on a CR7 from and back to DEN back in May.  I have no idea if they are temporary or not, but it would be nice to update the AFCAD to current ops.

Great product!

It's already done in our internal version, will be included in the first update, together with all the other things reported.

Umberto would be cool to have the buses that travel to that location with the scripting engine in a future update.
