I wanted to share this with you as honestly couldn't find anywhere on net and everthing pointed to GSX causing a problem and it turned out it was the Fenix update.
So recently acquired GSX Pro and Fenix got update, up on loading I was meet with some pink texture in few places, every post I read was indicating about clicking on/off seating ect., no amount of clicking on/off solved the problem along with other solution like deleting cache folders ect., only solution that worked was deleting Fenix folder from community and let installer download it again as new install instead of update. Go back to GSX config make sure seating position is ticked and enjoy.
Still not sure why it happened but at least everything works.
