Ive come across a few issues with GSX and ive searched for a fix and I have seen that some people have had the same issue however have had no real solution.
I have GSX, both level 1 and 2 expansion. However, every airport I'm encountering the same issue, "SODE Jetway unavailable". I do have 1 UK2000 Add-on airport, however this issue im having is at every airport, Im aware for the 3rd party airport I need to open a GSX Config and disable its ICAO code however I can not find where to open the GSX Config panel. but like I said this is even happening at standard airports
My other issue is when im at a gate/parking with no jet way, I operate the stairs and request boarding, no bus comes, my passengers just start walking from the middle of nowhere in the middle of some taxiway. Or a bus will come but I will see no passengers and I board my aircraft with 200 Passengers in about 10 seconds.
