NO Passenger sounds

Hello,  PMDG737, all variants.
i cant hear the boarding sounds.
so i hear just for one time the stewardess say "left here please" or "this way" then no other sounds to hear.

All other sounds no problem, i can hear all sounds from pushback crew.
but no noarding sounds.

cabin passengers not activated. i do not need them.
where ist the problem? thanks

I don't know which other boarding sounds you are referring to. When the cockpit door is open, you are only supposed to hear:

- various voices of flight attendants greeting passengers

- a background sound of seatbelts

Nothing else. If you were referring to the old passengers voices saying "I'm good", etc, they have been retired with great relief of the community.
