How to use QuickEdit Pushback in MSFS
« on: December 04, 2023, 01:40:59 pm »
As a former user of GSX in P3Dv5, it seems like I've gotten used to the way of handling the QuickEdit Pushback in P3D, which using NumPad key and the Y. However, the MSFS seems to be different from the P3D one, I tried to use the NumPad to control the position of plane that QuickEdit showed, but it didn't work. Hope someone kind enough can tell me how to handle this stuff:)

The Numpad works or not, depending on the status of the NumLock key, which would alternatively require using (or not) the Shift key. You can also use the arrows keys.

And the main difference compared to FSX/P3D, is you need to press ENTER to exit any editor, not Y, because the editors in MSFS don't use Slew mode, which in MSFS forces to use a specific camera, so the sim is not in Slew, but uses the Drone/Showcase camera instead.
