GSX Parking brake
« on: February 03, 2023, 11:51:32 am »
Hello everyone,
I would like to have a feedback on the
A320 FBW push back using FSHud Air Traffic Control and GSX pro.
For a few days, when I receive instructions from the ground to release the parking brake, it does not work. Whether with my physical parking brake or with the mouse on the virtual parking brake of the A320. There is always the request from GSX to undo the parking brake.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the GSX Pro and FSHud programs with no more results. Thank you in advance for your feedback.
Cordially

Had similar issue but with the pmdg 738. Found out pmdg requires both toe brakes depressed to engage park brake...problem is sometimes with my old saitek pro pedals it also requires some rudder displacement to work (ie. slightly push one pedal as well).
Annoying but within a few seconds it works.

Open the airplane configuration editor, and edit the "Parking Brakes test" field to be like this:

(L:A32NX_PARK_BRAKE_LEVER_POS,number)

Be sure you remove everything you have there, and have only this line. Then, RESTART Couatl from the GSX menu, and it should work.

The PMDG issue is completely different and it only need to use the custom parking brake in the PMDG correctly.
