Can't see passengers on L-1049

Hi, just tried the boarding into the RedWing L-1049 Constellation, but while the counter is showing the operation progress, I can't see the passengers leaving the shuttle to get onboard the airplane. Am I missing something?

Is the airplane correctly configured, with all doors in the proper places and the proper codes ? If an airplane is not already supported by GSX internally, it must be configure first, before you can use it in GSX.

Hi, I verified on the Aircraft cfg view; the L-1049 is already configured, but I'll take afurther view deeply.
