COUTL crashes at gates with stairs only when boarding passengers

Hi,

I have a problem with some airports that require the use of stairs instead of airbridges. When boarding, the voice over continues to say passengers now boarding until around 40 passengers have boarded out of 180 and then COUTL crashes. The problem occurs at ORBX Melb, ORBX Broome, and ORBX EGNT. For Melb and EGNT, there is no problem with the gates with an airbridge. The aircraft is the Aerosoft A320 series for Prepar3d V4.5

Are there any possible solutions to resolve this ongoing problem. Restarting COUTL or restarting the sim does not fix the problem.

Please post your log when this happens, before restarting, so it should contain info about the error.
