Issue with PMDG 737-800

Hi,

When I start loading pax in 737-800 Gsx-Pro in MSFS - boarding takes about 20 seconds and it doesn't even ask me to board crew?  This is not happening with the Fenix.  Do I have a corrupt config file or something?

You don't say which kind of parking you are using. Assuming you are using a parking with a jetway, that's normal if the jetway hasn't docked or, if it has, hasn't been detected, as explained here:

It would have helped if you said if the airport is default or 3rd party and, if it's 3rd party, you don't say if it's bought on the Marketplace or not, because if it is, you MUST enabled the SU10 Navdata option in the GSX Config panel, otherwise no airports from the Marketplace can be used.

Yes,  there is certainly a connection between the jetways,  3rd party airports and parking.  I will continue to work on this but I believe I'm on the right path to success now.
