Jetways connecting at pushback request

Hello everyone,

a user of one of my profiles reported an issue today where his jetways connect after he requests pushback. I was not able to consistently replicate his problem. I wanted to ask if someone else has also encountered similar behavior, no matter where or without any profile installed. I don't know if a profile can cause such behavior. If it can, and it is indeed my fault, please let me know. Your help is appreciated.

I did not have the described problem, but a similar one with the A320 by Fenix. I suspect that because Fenix ​​has a built-in jetways management system it causes some conflict. I didn't have this problem with any other plane.

Yes, I also had the problem with the Fenix, which was indeed resolved after turning off the auto jetway simulation. The user who reported this issue was using the PMDG 738. This is what got me rather confused as PMDG doesn‘t have that feature built into their planes.
