ELEVATION ISSUE WITH GROUND HANDLING

Hello to everyone, i have this kind of issue regarding the ground handling, the vehicles are on ground but the drivers are in mid air....
Also the fuel truck moves like it's underground....
Any tips for this issue ?
I have update it by the fsdt installer not live update with latest update.

P.S if support can speak italian it's better for me, as these are technical stuff to talk with...

I can only confirm the problem is fixed in the current update, and has confirmed to be fixed by several users.

However, the way we fixed it, it tells is time-dependent, as if the sim couldn't keep up with our commands, so it's possible the delay we added from creating an object and setting its altitude might be enough for most users, but not all of them.

How's your frame rate ? Do you see general stuttering in the sim ?

Luckily no stuttering in sim.
This one may help, i have this kind of issue only when i start my flight from parking, (calling refueling catering boarding ecc)
But after I landed at the arrival airport and set-up ground services at requested stand, it works perfectly!! no floating drivers or other issue...

Anyway i will keep you updated about it!

I confirm. In OTHH, the equipment is at normal height, but the people who load waist-deep bagage are underground. And follow me car underground too

Is this a default scenery ? If not, have you disabled it from GSX jetway replacement ?

I've tested now on LIRN and the ground services works perfectly!
