NO Stairs, No Loaders No fueltrack No catering...nothing appears

Clicking on GSX on Toolbar and select operating stairs..............nothing happened

etc.etc nothing appears, no matter what airport it is
Restarted GSX 3 times, updated 3 timews with no results. Cancelled GSX 2 times and reinstalled 2 times. Still the same, nothing happens
I have zip files in roaming\virtualer\ package cache
I have zip files in AppData\Local\temp\ fsdreamteam gsx pro zip files

Having the same issue here, universal installer mentioned "EXTRACTING GSX Pro .ZIP archive in K:\Addon Manager\MSFS\fsdreamteam-gsx-pro ERROR Bad state (incomplete dynamic bit lengths tree)". I tried to reach out to those zip files, and windows says those files were corrupted.
I'm guessing that is one of the reasons ppl don't get the fsdreamteam-gsx-world-jetways folder. The installer doesn't get downloaded properly from the server.
And then I tried to download it myself from the link that showed in the universal installer, downloaded zip.001 to zip.005 files, and they can be uncompressed easily, but doesn't contain the world jetways folder.
Hope admin can get us some info here.

You must have a bad download of the zip files because of server issue. Try this:

- Remove the %APPDATA%\Virtuali\Package cache folder

- Uninstall/Reinstall GSX, which should download them again.

Thanks that helped, but no passenger or bagage visible when boarding. But stairs and loadwagons is in position, so thats ok

Try the offline installer posted on top of this section, and don't run the Live Update.

doing the anti virus exclusion and updating the c++ redistributables fixed this for me

All the required c++ redist are installed with the installer, sometimes they might require a Windows restart to complete the update.
