CRJ - Passenger loading issues - jetway only

Hello Again,
I am still having issues with the CRJ when loading pax by using a jetway. Boarding misses al the animations from pax moving to the aircraft. Deboarding works despite seeing passengers moving back and forth.
I tried with the A320 and boarding works fine (same gateway). I am only getting error messages with the CRJ (attached file).
I already reinstall everything and get the same results.

You posted the ERR file which is the one that comes out if you don't have logging enabled, so it's not detailed enough for us to check all possible issues so, if you have enabled logging as instructed in the "How to report an error" thread, you should also have a Couatl.LOG file when that error happens.

Thanks for your reply. I have included both logs files, one for the CRJ and the other one for the A320.

The problem is likely caused by having parked on Gate 17, which has a jetway too high for a CRJ, so it couldn't reach the door, resulting in passengers not visible.

If you park with the gear on the stop line, it works.
