GSX error while passenger's boarding

Good evening,

I have this erro three times at Cairns international (ORBX version).
I ran updated from desktop 2 times and i still got the following error.
I am departing from gate 20.

Attached is the following files
1) Airport gsx.ini - YBCS
2) Airplane.ini - Sim avionics 737-800 winglets
3) coutal error log. - Unable to upload as gsx saved it as a .log and would not convert to a txt file. ( ideas on how to covert so i can add as an attachment).

What i have found isa that if i restart coutal and skip the boarding step. By going straight to push back, everything works fine.

Just put your error log in a .zip file and upload the .zip file.

Thanks for the help.

i have attached the coutal log as zip file. I have had a further read of the file today and think the issue is in regard to the passenger's and there associated files. however i could be wrong.

Yes.

i tried YBBN and YSSY tonight and had no issues.
After trying them i tried YBCS again but got the same error.

Good morning,

I tried gates 22 and 9 and got the same error at both. - attached both error logs for reference.

I also tried live  update from the desktop icon. What i noticed and should have mentioned before. Is the updater automatically closes itself quickly after only completing 2% of the update.

This is very unusual as normally it will remain open once update is complete. It will have words saying update completed, and i manually close the updater.

attached is event viewer error log. which appeared after i got error and i said no to restarting Coutal.
