Unable to reopen GSX menu

hello. I have another issue, and I'm getting quite frustrated, as for 34.00, I expected the thing to at least work properly... I was ready to push back, and I go to open the menu, only to hear the tone of "its already open"... its not. It is closed. I restart GSX, and now my jetways are floating. I fix that, and it says the menu is open again... I try to open it through the Alt menu, and still no luck... this is my 3rd attempt to do this flight with GSX and I cant even make it to the Freaking pushback without it crapping out on me. WHAT AM I MISSING???

well im an idiot  I had messages disabled in the sim, and I removed the chocks but didn't have the parking brake set. soooooo all I heard was the "can't open" and assumed it already was, when in actuality it was trying to tell me my parking brake wasn't on. I upgraded from FS2004 and AES just a couple of weeks ago, and just got GSX today, so I'm still new to the whole thing. I still do have the floating jetway issue however.

Is this happening only on some Aerosoft airports, I assume ?

I also have times when the GSX menu refuses to show. I am running both P3Dv4&5.
