PMDG 777-200ER - GSX window won't show

Bought the 200ER yesterday - the GSX menu window won't show up with this aircraft. It works with the 200LR and the FSLabs busses, but no go with the 200ER. I've just reinstalled GSX, but still no go. Any advise?

Looks fine to me. Confirm you have the engines shut down and parking brakes set if you're at the gate.

Yes. Same startup config as in the -200LR and the -F which work fine.
