I can not register my product

Hi guys
While ago I posted a complaint stating that I could not register my GSX ground crew product. I have a new PC and need to re-install it. I was told to do it via add on manager in the flight simulator. Problem is that it does not accept my registration key. I have typed them one by one so no copy and paste. Strangely, after punching in the serial number, another series of numbers appears and does not go through. I have made a screenshot of both. Please inform me how to register.

You should never post questions about activation and orders on the public forum because, of course, here we cannot be of much help, since the next question would have been "which is your serial number ?", which we cannot discuss here.

That's why, for questions about orders and activations, you must always use the support email.

Also, I removed your screeenshots, because you posted your serial number in the forum, which means everybody could have seen it, and consume your activations.
