No jetways,fuels tanks,pax loading etc

I have GSX and GSX level 2 active.There is a problem,I cannot get the jet ways,fuel tanks,passenters boarding and
deboarding.
A couple of months a ago it worked find.What am I missing ?

It's very difficult to help you with such a sparse description of the problem. Are you getting this problem *EVERYWHERE* or just in some specific airports ?

Do you see the "Airport cache loaded successfully" message when the sim starts, which means GSX is ready ?
