Hello ive lost access to my original email where my purchase info was and have a new email address.  My problem is finding any info on how to regain my old account,  im not sure where I bought it but FS Pilot shop is where I bought most of my flightsim mods.  Anyone here can help it would be appreciated much.  Thanks

 Excuse me as i am old and have trouble with understanding how this works.  Ive tried to find where to send support a ticket but cannot seem to find where,  What I need is someone who can help me merge a email account that is gone to my new email.   And when I use  https://qlm1.net/virtualisoftware/qlmcustomersite/ to recover my Serial numbers it wants to send the numbers to my old account that I used 2 years ago.

There's no such thing as a support ticked. It's way simpler: there's a email contact on the "Contact Us" page, and it's the one you should use whenever you have a problem with past orders or special issues like, for example, changing emails.
