I'm pretty certain that GSX vehicles aren't self-aware of other objects in motion or static, but rather follow a route. So I don't believe that them running into other vehicles or light fixtures or static scenery is adjustable, as it makes its way to the aircraft.

If the fueling position isn't where it should be, you can reposition it in the aircraft customization menu in GSX.

This has been covered many times. Do a forum search for refuelling GSX2.

When you do set your refuelling position, for your particular aircraft, via the Customisation menu, make sure you have at least 3.42 metres under the wing to the tarmac at that point of the wing, otherwise the refueller person will rise up and hover above the wing.

The minimum clearance to use the Fuel Hydrant, it's 3.42 meters from ground.
