The problem has been fixed in today's Live Update.
It didn't had anything to do with the QW787, and was caused by some add-on ( a weather engine, perhaps ), sending an invalid Metar string, so the code entered in the "simple" icing condition detection, which is not normally executed, which had this error. Now it should work in both cases.
