It's best you ask FS Labs. The integration with GSX is done entirely the airplane gauge code, GSX is only reading a variable to know how many passengers the airplane expects to have, and it's writing back a variable indicating when each passenger boards, and nothing has changed in the past months, since we haven't made any updates since then.
