GSX suddenly in trial mode

Hello, i have a problem. I fly p3d v4.4, on a weekly basis. I always have used GSX level 2 with great joy, but today, when i started my flight, GSX is in trial mode. My pc did not update, my flightsim did not change since last time i flew, and still it is in trial. And the best of it, i can't get it out. In the addon menu, i need to register it again, but it remains in trial. Even with my bitdefender completely disabled, tried again, and nothing. I am running out of ideas, so any help is appreciated.

Hi Ruud
Did you enter both serial numbers? You only have to install GSX2 to have everything on your machine, but you have to REGISTER both versions, first the GSX and then GSX2 as enhancement. It sounds like you only entered the key for GSX2.
