Baggage cart has residual luggage after loading aircraft

It always surprises me that the baggage cart is driven away from the aircraft (after loading most of the baggage onto the aircraft) with one big piece of red luggage still on the cart. Is this realistic? If not, can the cart be completely emptied before leaving?

It's would be very long to explain why is that, but it has been like this since GSX has been released, and it's not a bug of course. We might improve the boarding animation in future updates.
