I have latinvfr KBWI, orbx global, openLC, vector all installed. The loaders on the right side of the plane are below ground while the loaders on the left are normal.

There are a couple of places in and around this BWI that has elevation issues. He has fixed some but I still set a couple on the cargo ramp. Check LatinVFR for updates. I'm confident this is not anything that GSX is responsible for.

How come the 737 (and support equipment) knows where the proper ground level is? If it was the airport, wouldn't the plane also be below grade?
