Installation issues

I run a Windows 10 PC and P3Dv4. I recently downloaded and installed the GSX demo. I then positioned my PMDG 737 on the active EDDM and tried to follow the manual by pressing Ctr+F12 to open the first option screen but nothing happened. I checked the Addon menu and noted that there was one addition SODE Ver 1.6.3 - this indicated that the jetways were installed. How do I start the program and populate the gate with objects?

Do you mean you only have the SODE menu ? You are supposed to also have the Addon Manager menu and a GSX menu there. Do you have them ?

I only have the SODE menu - the others are missing!! Could it have something to do with the fact that I have ORBX Global scenery and REX World Wide HD?
