GSX Level 2 and Dash 8 Majestic (FSX) issue

This has been already discussed in many other threads, and has been fixed in the current Live Update so, you just need to run it.

I have had the same issue, just purchased the Level 2 Expansion, loaded it and it doesn't seem to have any of the new features.
I re-ran the live update several times as was suggested and still no result.
My sim is FSX steam, aircraft mjc8q400. Windows 10 64bit.
Any suggestions?

Are you sure you installed the latest GSX installed, 1GB in size ? If you installed with the previous version, Level 2 features won't be there, and Live Update won't update them either.

I re-ran the live updater as Administrator and that seems to have worked. I can see passengers at an airport without aero bridges, however, if I choose no aero bridge at an airport with aero bridges, nothing happens. The message says passengers boarding but no joy. does this mean you must choose the aero bridge in this case.

I have problem with GSX2. No passengers onboarding after landning on Kastrup ( Copenhagen) with Majestic Dash 8 Pilot. What is wrong?

Your configuration for the Dash-8 is probably wrong. We updated it, but if you made/downloaded one, the GSX internal one is not used, so you must use the Reset button in the airplane configuration page to have GSX go back to its own internal configuration.

No bus appeared I did wait quite a while to see what happened but nothing. I will try again and let you know

Tried again at airport EGBB selected no Jetway and then boarding.
the GSX message said 42/42 passengers boarded. The bus did not appear and there were no animated passengers.
Other services, Catering and refuelling worked fine.
If I select the Jetway then everything works as it should. Although you can't see the passengers, it gives you a count as they board.
Am I missing something?

If the bus doesn't appear, is entirely normal you won't see any passenger. They *require* a bus. This can happen if whoever made the scenery customization for this airport has activated the "Disable Passenger Bus"  option for this parking.

This EGBB Is a standard FSX airport there has not been any customization. Could this be an issue for GSX when the airport cache is loaded?
