I have been scouring the internet in regards to this issue and have found many topics on this but with no resolution. Prior everything worked fine until recently where I went to KLAS and received the error message. So I clicked on the SODE menu and selected test dll connection, where it told me it was connected and working fine. So I experimented at some of my other airports with SODE such as LIMC, PHX, SFO, and those airports don't even have the jetways, but for some reason LAS still does? I have uninstalled gsx and SODE and reinstalled both even with my AV turned off and still not joy. I'm pretty stumped here. Suggestions?
