GSX won't open on positions at KMEM

Hi I am having the same problem with the PMDG I have only tried it so far with UK2000 Heathrow. If I am at a gate I can't get any menu up but if I am taxiing a call the menu up to select a gate to arrive at it pops up no problem? I have orbx base, Open CL Europe, England and uk2000 installed any ideas. I have tried updating GSX to the latest installer.

When you don't see the menu when you think you are parked, the most common problem is you have an AFCAD conflict, and GSX is using the conflicting one.

You can check the name of the AFCAD in use for the airport with the customize airport positions menu in GSX, and if it's not the one that comes with the addon airport, remove it, when FSX is not running.

What case ? The issue that happens only with the 777 ?

That's not a GSX problem, for sure. But we noticed that loading the PMDG airplanes sometimes result in the *Simconnect* menu window to be resized so, maybe you are not seeing all the entries, because the window is too small, so you are assuming this could be a GSX problem.

That window can be resized, of course.
