Follow me car Distance

every time I request the follow me car, it comes too close to the nose of the aircraft like 747,777 and 737 when I am in the cockpit view, which is  a bit hard to see where the follow me car is, what I have done so far I go to the outside view to find it, and then watch it till a bit further from the nose of the aircraft then I am back to cockpit view , then I can see it from the cockpit view, I take a look in the setting  there is no option for that, only the speed of the Follow me car, I search in the forum it seem no body has asked about this, just wondering if it is possible to make the Follow me car distance a bit further so that I can see it, when it comes approaching the aircraft  from the cockpit view and take me to the gate. thanks

First, you can use the default keys to raise your eyepoint, to see better over the airplane nose. And, after the car arrives, you can accelerate a bit, so the car will start to move, and then you'll be able to settle on a comfortable viewing distance.

Thanks for quick reply, which default key do you mean to raise my eyepoint over the airplane nose? do you mean from the cockpit?
