GSX Menu does not appear with CTRL +F12

GSX has been running flawlessly for me for over 2 years.  I installed the February 2017 update with no problem.  The other day when I started FSX there were no Courati items in the Add-)n menu.  I reinstalled the latest Standalone Manager and the options now appear in the Add-on dropdown, however, none of them seem to do anything and I am unable to start GSX.

I tried reinstalling twice with the same results.

I had a similar problem, but I found out that you really need to install the full GSX installer. Just grab yourself a fresh wrapper, and launch it. I did that and I'm not having issues with my GSX. I did have an issue with my Majestic Q400, but I forgot what I had to do for that. I think I just had to hit ctrl+shift F1 first, then when I hit ctrl+F12, no issues after that.
