Active ground services menu

A simple observation that occurs after completion of the "Request refueling". Unlike the completion of the prior two Requests where the menu shows the word "completed" after their completion, Request refueling has no completion word noting it was completed. Is there an explanation for this missing notation? GSX continues to the next request without any problems.

I don't think there's a special reason for this, just the message hasn't been coded, we'll look into it.
