My dll issue

hello, i just finished a new build and in process of reinstalling fsx-se and all add ons. I have all basics installed and tonight tried to install GSX first( I have all of the FSDT airports) When i tried to install I received the error ( cant find DLL.xml file see pics) I did search the forms but really didn't see this exact issue. I have no anti virus and firewall is off when installing. This is a brand new copy of windows and only use for FSX.I have attached screen shots of before and after files xml files. Any help would be great and I apologize if this in forums already but I did search for a couple hours before posting.

The error message doesn't really indicates it cannot find the DLL.XML. It says it couldn't file a file, while it was processing the DLL.XML file.

It's best to try logging the installation, this way:

- Open a command prompt  ( start -> CMD -> enter )

- go to the folder where you have the installer, for example:

CD c:\Users\Yourname\Desktop

Assuming you put the installer on the Desktop

- launch the installer with this command:

gsx_fsx_setup.exe /log=install.log

This should hopefully create a file named install.log on your Desktop. If you have it, then send it to me ( via Email, please )
