The Live Update notification gives you an option to read the release history:

No real change, just an additional dialog that suggest to turn off the firewall, so it's not really necessary.
As explained many times already on the forum (and on the manual, where Live Update is explained), you don't really have to worry much to download the "latest version", because the installer DOWNLOADS lots of important file live. AND, the Live Update will also notify you of updates happening after your installation.
So, if you apply the current Live Update, you HAVE the latest GSX version, as far as its *code* is concerned.
The only thing Live Update doesn't update automatically, is new liveries that might have been added to vehicles. To get these, you must download one of the Vehicle Updates installers, on the GSX page.
But if all of this sounds complex for you, just ignore it, and download the full GSX installer now. It always includes *everything*, because we update it as soon as we add something.
