I previously had GSX running with a number of FSDT sceneries (all of which work properly). GSX stopped working at some point, I can't recall when. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the product from scratch but using the hot keys yields no menu.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Howard

Do you have BOTH the "Addon Manager" and the "Couatl powered products" menus under the FSX "Addons" menu ?

There's nothing wrong with your log. Do you have a Couatl.err file too ?

How do I create the log file for the coutl application?

You already have. If you mean the Couatl.ERR, if there's one, it means there wasn't any error to begin with, since the file is only created if there is an error.

If there's no error, I really can't see what might be wrong:

- You have all the menus working

- GSX menus are working too

- You don't have any errors in the Log file and no .ERR file has been created.

The only possible explanation left, is a key conflict caused by another addon. Check the Key Mapping menu in GSX and be sure the keys are correct, then check every other add-on and be sure it doesn't use any of the keys used by GSX.

Embarrassingly simple resolution Umberto. Function Key lock was not enabled. Thank you for your help. Added to the 'checklist'.
