GSX and Weather

]Hi there, i love GSX so much, but if I may bring up that when its raining or snowing or just in general. As far as i know all luggage carriers in Phoenix or for most airlines have a roof over there baggage carriers.

why is there always 1 without a roof.Is there a way of changing that to one with a roof?

Because that particular vehicle doesn't respond to weather. You MIGHT have noticed that the the baggage truck IS getting a cover when it's raining/snowing, so GSX already supports that, just not all the vehicles, which is clearly something that might be easily added, since the support is there already.
