Well, adding a new loader is not such a "small" update, but we'll surely keep this in mind.
But note that, GSX only supports 2 vehicles of the same class so, even if there was an higher loader, you would have to choose anyway between using the normal galley door, or the one in the upper, not both. And two front catering vehicles probably won't fit or could maneuver anyway, so a choice would be inevitable.
