FSX quits at Splash screen

hi,
I have purchased and activated your product and after scanning the forum I see this is a common problem.
I have done ALL of your suggestions:-
I configured my antivirus program (SPARKTRUST) to ignore those 2 files......no success
I downloaded and installed StandAlone Manager...No success
I completely removed my antivirus program....and reinstalled both GSX and Stand Alone...No success
I have only seen the FSX menu bar once where add on manager was placed under Addons title...NO mention of GSX at all
Cannot see GSX launch icon anywhere.I could activate once only (with my serial number) at the time this menu bar was seen.
Since then FSX quits when launched once the splash sceen appears.
I would add I have been using FS since 2004 and this is the first ADDON  I have had a problem with.
Is there any help out there, to resolve this very frustrating problem

SOLVED!!
Many thanks to Umberto and Teamview the problem was An old copy of Wideview, that I had installed from FS9 days.
So i repectfully suggest to anyone with the problem of FSX quitting to desktop, then they should check if Wideview is the problem.
GSX working well now
