It's obviously fake: it's a trap to lure you to click to a site that ask your cellular phone number in order to send you an sms to subscribe to some telephone scam service with no way to unsubscribe...
We'll not report to YouTube: if one is so dumb to really believe this is real, he *deserve* to be scammed. In fact, I've checked now, and it has already been removed by YouTube, without our intervention.
